Seller's Order Delivery Policy

Orders are typically shipped by sellers within 3 business days from when orders are placed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Orders are typically delivered within 10 business days from the day it is shipped, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Order cancellation with prior approval is only possible before an order is shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact seller as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will work with Sellers to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order once it is processed or shipped.
