Kalpabiswa Publication is a distinguished publishing house that specializes in Bengali science fiction, fantasy, and other genre fiction. Since its inception in 2018, the company has been a trailblazer in putting Bengal on the world map, particularly in the field of science fiction and fantasy. With over 70 books published in just five years, Kalpabiswa boasts a rich collection of writings by acclaimed Bengali authors such as Adrish Bardhan, Satyajit Ray, Ranen Ghosh, Debajyoti Bhattacharya, Yashodhara Raychowdhury, Enakhshi Chattopadhyay, Sumit Bardhan, Soham Guha, and others. In addition, Kalpabiswa has also translated the works of some of the most celebrated authors of all time, including H.G. Wells, H.P. Lovecraft, A.C. Doyle, and Edger Alan Poe. Recently, the publishing house has acquired the translation rights of contemporary authors like Ray Bradbury, Arthur C. Clarke, and Elizabeth Bears, among others.
